Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states and D.C.).
Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed twice a week — Mondays and Thursdays — and typically ship within 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays.
We may be called Lazy, but when it comes to our customers, we’re anything but. Each order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as humanly (and lazily) possible. Think of it as mindful speed — we don’t rush, we perfect.
Rates & Timing
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and destination. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and begin once your package is scanned in.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
Missing or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. Lazy Science Tech Inc. (d/b/a Lazy Skinscience) is not liable for missing or stolen packages after delivery.
If your package goes MIA:

Check with neighbors or building management.

File a claim directly with the carrier.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact hello@stay-lazy.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assess next steps.
