REFUND POLICY

Effective date: October 15, 2025

We get it — sometimes things don’t go as planned. But because skincare is personal and hygiene matters, all sales are final.

That said, we’re not in the business of leaving anyone hanging.

If a product arrives broken, damaged, or clearly unusable, email hello@stay-lazy.com within 14 days of delivery.
Your request should include your order number, photos (or a short video) showing the damage, and, if possible, images of the packaging/label.
We’ll evaluate and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit.
(Damaged items returned without photo evidence or missing original packaging may not qualify.)

Allergic reactions or sensitivities
Skin is personal. We can’t offer refunds for reactions, sensitivities, or preferences. Please patch test first and review the full ingredient list before use.

Gift cards
Non-refundable and non-returnable.

We’re Lazy by name, not by nature. Every jar we ship is handled with care — and while we can’t offer returns like the big guys, we stand behind the quality of everything that leaves our hands.
